Process
of Installation

Step – 1 : Site Preparation

Conduct a detailed survey of the site to identify the placement of panels.

Step – 2 Panel Delivery and Inspection

Transport the concrete panels to the site, ensuring they are securely fastened during transit.

Step – 3 Lifting and Positioning

Carefully lift the panels using appropriate rigging and lifting techniques. Position them as close as possible to the installation site.

Step – 4 Panel Alignment and Placement

Install temporary supports or braces to hold the panels in place during installation. Align the panels according to the design specifications.

Step – 5 Joint Sealing and Waterproofing

Apply sealant to the joints between panels to ensure watertight connections. Use backer rods and sealant tools for a clean finish.

Step – 6 Final Adjustments and Finishing

Make any necessary adjustments to the panel alignment before the final tightening of anchors and bolts. Perform any required finishing work, such as patching minor imperfections or applying surface treatments.

Step – 7 Clean-Up and Safety Check

Remove all temporary supports, debris, and unused materials from the site. Ensure that all safety measures are in place, and the site is secure.

Step – 8 Handover

Provide the client with all necessary documentation, including inspection reports, material certifications, and warranties.
