Cubic Testing

Concrete cube testing is essential to ensure the strength and durability of concrete used in slab panel installations. This test measures the compressive strength of concrete by casting and curing concrete cubes, then subjecting them to a compression test. The results help confirm that the concrete meets the design requirements for load-bearing and structural integrity, ensuring safety and performance in building projects.

In the cube test, two types of specimens are employed: cubes measuring either 15cm x 15cm x 15cm or 10cm x 10cm x 10cm, depending on the aggregate size. Typically, 15cm x 15cm x 15cm cubical moulds are preferred for most applications.
